Kat Perkoff Obituary - Kat was an artist and a server working at a bar in the French Quarter of New Orleans. On June 26, 1980 Kat Perkoff passed on in a white Mercedes after it veered off an expressway, hit a solid scaffold backing and split neatly down the middle.
