Jonah Ware Death

 Jonah Ware Death

Jonah or Jonas,[a] in the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh/Old Testament), is a prophet of the northern realm of Israel in about the eighth century BCE. He is the focal figure of the Book of Jonah, where he is called upon by God to head out to Nineveh and caution its inhabitants of approaching heavenly anger. Rather, Jonah sheets a boat to Tarshish. Trapped in a tempest, he arranges the boat's group to project him over the edge, whereupon he is gulped by a monster fish. After three days, after Jonah consents to go to Nineveh, the fish regurgitates him out onto the shore. Jonah effectively persuades the whole city of Nineveh to atone, however holds up outside the city in desire for its decimation.
