Dick Goddard, the long-lasting TV meteorologist in Cleveland who turned into a nearby legend, kicked the bucket Tuesday at age 89, his little girl reported on Facebook. 

In June, Kimberly Goddard affirmed that her dad had tried positive for COVID-19.
