Remove all dirt or
makeup. Wash once or twice a day KETO
XP and also after exercise. Avoid rubbing or
washing your skin repeatedly. Apply shampoo to your hair every day, especially
if it is oily. Comb or blow your hair back to keep it off your face. Avoid
rubbing your face with alcohol or tonics that overly dry the skin. Avoid
oil-based cosmetics Acne medications can cause dry or peeling skin. KETO
XP Use a
moisturizer or a skin cream that is water-based or that is
"non-comedogenic" or that clearly specifies that it is safe for
facial use and will not cause acne. Remember that products that claim to be
non-comedogenic could still cause acne on you personally. Therefore, avoid any
product that you discover makes KETO XP your acne worse. A small amount of sun exposure
may slightly improve acne. But, the tan mostly hides it. Too much exposure to
the sun or tanning beds increases the risk of skin cancer. Some acne
medications can make your skin more sensitive to the sun. Wear sunscreen and
hats regularly if you are taking these KETO XP medications. There is no consistent
evidence that you need to avoid chocolates, milk, high-fat foods, or sugary foods.
However, it is a good idea to avoid any of these foods if you discover that
consuming those specific foods seems to make your acne worse.
